I am a level 3 REPS Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor now, but before that for years I was a gym lover and fitness fanatic.

Certificates aside, I enjoy fitness and love helping people to reach their goals. There is no better feeling for me than giving someone the motivational boost in the gym, that leads them to be body confident and enjoy life that little bit more. Over the years I have seen my body change and confidence grow, to help others do that too gives me great pleasure.


Personal Training isn't for everyone, but it could be for you if you:

  • Lack motivation 
  • Are unconfident in the gym alone
  • Lack knowledge of exercises
  • Have an end goal/ target date you need to work towards
  • Want to target specific muscle groups/improve your strength but don't know how 
  • Are unhappy with your body and need that push in the right direction 
Training styles include: 
  • HIIT Training
  • Weight Training 
  • Interval Cardio
  • Circuits 
  • Strength and Conditioning 
Personal Training Includes: 
  • One on One sessions tailored to the individuals fitness journey and body goals
  • Meal Plan and Nutritional Advice 
  • Training Plan
  • Constant support throughout your fitness journey
If you wish to enquire about personal training, the sessions are currently held at BOXR Mill Hill. Sessions can be carried out in pairs or one to one.
