Legs & Bum Training Plan







Over the last few months I have been working on this training plan, designed solely for women to focus on building a round, firm booty and creating defined, sculpted legs. 

This training plan has been tried and tested on my clients and is a 12 week, 3 stage plan, incorporating weights, HIIT and resistance machines. 

You should use the plan three times a week incorporating my workouts with your weekly fitness regime and a high protein diet.
