Legs And Bum Building Plan

This training plan has been tried and tested on my clients and is a 12 week, 3 stage plan, incorporating weights, HIIT and resistance machines. 

You should use the plan three times a week incorporating my workouts with your weekly fitness regime and a high protein diet. The plan is solely for legs and bum growth and your weights and progress should be tracked by you.
